there will be a huge jump in cuban sales for a while but it will calm down eventually because they are going to be able to maintain production

doubtful unfortunately the cuban government will still control the trade of all tobacco and probably wont let any kind of mixing go on. Id love that though!!

Very likely a decrease in what is already spotty quality control, as they try to keep up with a sudden and overwhelming demand.

It'll be temporary. Just like the boom in the late 90's. It will be a fad for a few years and die out. People should be happy for the Alan Gross, his family, the unnamed intelligence asset, and the cuban spies held by the US that were released. Worrying about the increase in the price of cigars or decrease in quality is really poor form.
