I don't have any out my way yet. I can't wait. Last year my five year old niece put me to shame seeing who could eat more ears. I also ate burgers & hot dogs, she just had corn.

How about a spicy garlic butter for your sweet corn?

2 softened sticks of butter
6 peeled garlic cloves
1/4 of a habenero (or a whole jalapeno)
2 tablespoons of rough chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste

toss it all in a food processor until smooth, scrape it into a container then toss it in the fridge so it's ready when you want it.

Add a little zing with some fresh squeezed lime and ta-daa... you'll spend the whole night trying to convince your friends that you are NOT Martha Stewart.

You'll never boil again once you start tossing them on the grill.

10 minute soak if you leave them in the husk (so they don't catch on fire) 3 minutes on all four sides (12 total) and you're done.

You can also get 'em naked and wrap them in foil with some butter squares and salt and they'll be just as tasty.
