I have to agree with the others, if you get the blacks they will be amazing but your going to have to sit on them for a bit - where as with the reds they are ready to be smoked

The black I had a little while back really didn't do much for me so I'm letting the rest, well, rest. So I'd vote for the Reds for now at least.

I bought multiple boxes of each and was EXTREMELY disappointed in the first sampling of Blacks. The Reds, however, were wonderful immediately.

I will say, though, the the last two Black Tubos I had showed marked improvement and were good, but not great, cigars. Perhaps they'll get there.

I enjoy that Blacks once they have 6 months or more age on them. Next week I will try to extort a bundle or two of the Reds from Pepin for my smoking pleasure. Havent had the opportunity to smoke the Reds yet.

I vote Red. But now you guys are having me rethink it. I'll bust out a Black later tonight...I hope...we'll see.

I had burn problems on the ones I have tried. If I could do it again I would just pick up 2 or 3 of each..
