I spoke with the owner and he said it is a unique blend so I don't imagine it will be exactly like the Easties/Westies. He said they would only mail order after local customers had purchased what they wanted. There are currently 9 people on the wait list for whatever is left.

It's based off the Verocu, not the same. I get the feeling a bit stronger. More info will be out closer to the event.

Great guy, and they are thrilled about the event.
They do have all the details on the blend, and will be releasing that info little by little via facebook.

Not exactly....This is an anniversary stick for a specific retailer, so this stays at the one retailer (which is normally what happens)
Viaje has an upcoming 45th Anni stick, which will be sold only at that retailer as well.
(I get your point with Viaje's LE's...But at least his first LE WILL be contained to one retailer; and not sold at 5 diff B&M's and 20 different mystery locations!)

Given my convo on the phone, it sounded like they didn't think they would get anywhere near selling out from the locals/event.
Same impression here...12 on the list seemed promising to Moses.
24th on the list. Might have to hit the secondary market awesome....
