It's a scam. It's called lapyap not Pray Pal. Do not give them your info

Edited: maybe not this forum seems to change that word.

I had an issue once. It was related to a ID theft that had been resolved several years ago. I called them and they cleared it up in 30 seconds.

But yeah, sign in on the website and click the contact link and call that number. Ignore the email.

I tried calling and the english dude was pretty cool. the issue was that i purchased La Aroma de CUBA mi amore reservas and cuba tripps there button. JEEZ! They won't let you resolve it through the phone you have to email them back. It's kind of a pain and intrusive. They make it seem like you sre doing something wrong and illegal when you are not.

PrayPal's Compliance Department has reviewed your account and identified
activity that may be in violation of United States regulations administered
by the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
That's a little scary. You would expect something like that for shopping in Hong Kong and Switzerland, but buying domestically?!?!?! Does OFAC regulate Dominican, Honduran, and Nicaraguan companies as well? Just another reason never to use Lapyap unless you're buying from eBay. LOL!!! At least the guy at Lapyap customer service knows how to purchase things illegally and gives sound advice.
