As a boxing fan this saddens me. He doesn't just have a "good boxing record", he is one of the most naturally gifted fighters to ever step in the ring, but it will not translate to MMA at all. He is 41 and far past his best. He's been out of shape for almost a decade, and hasn't had a significant fight in 4 years.He's got a good boxing record "but" this isn't boxing.
Having said that, he'll still have a punchers chance as long as he is on his feet. Just like the over-the-hill has been Ray Mercer had against Tim Sylvia.
