Probably my favorite batch since Granny's (2020-01). Has both sweet and spice notes. I'd put 2-3 drops of water in, it really seems to enhance the palate, Carlos.
Thanks for the tip! Man this was just dumb luck. Wandered in on the day they got them I guess.

Straight Rye Cask Strength 95% rye 5% malt, young Nose clean crisp light barrel notes and rye spice nose develops with air, water adds touch of cinnamon to the nose. Palate thin warm and spicy not overly complex water doesn't do much to the palate. The finish may be the best part of this rye whiskey, Very long, mild spice, warm and smooth. Water delays the burn in the finish

Any age statement on this one, or source info? The finish sounds wonderful.

Been a big day today for scores.

This afternoon found 5 more bottles to add to the collection.

Bakers 107 proof (thanks @icehog3)
Rock hill farms
(2) bottles of A118 ECBP
ECBP C918

That’s (7) for the day. Been a good time for sure.
Nice day, Brian! Scoring those old ECBPs is money (not to mention the Lot B.) If you ever come across ECBP C919, grab one for me and two for yourself....my favorite ECBP batch to date.

@icehog3 I want to say 2 years and sourced from another distillery apparently under the same ownership and matured at Taconic. They call it a Hudson Valley Rye with local ingredients.

Tom, just scored bottles of front porch batch and Teresa’s batch at MSRP this morning.

I was hoping for some C919 but I’ve not been successful yet. I’ve got 4 days left in San Francisco so there’s still hope.
