Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Bought a bottle of Praedictum 15 Year yesterday. It's Wild Turkey juice bottled at 112 proof, barrel strength. The barrels were aged in Nevada by Bill Foley, owner of the Vegas Golden Knights. He priced it at $599, I see it all over the web between $399-499. Scored a bottle at Binny's for just over $100. After trying a sample at my Binny's (they were sold out of bottles for sale), I hunted one down at the 4th Binny's I tried. Last bottle the entire chain had as far as I could tell. I'm hoping they get more so I can grab a second, the sample was delicious.

It was the open bottle in the store that sold me, Jim. I was on the fence until they gave me a taste.15 year at a decent proof for a buck and change.......nice grab.

Jim, my understanding is that it is Wild Turkey juice that was stored by Buffalo Trace before Foley bought the barrels. It should be all from Kentucky. Is this juice all MGP or is it sourced from different states like Barrell?
You know I like the ECBP, this one sounds intriguing, Jim.Flip it and get this
Elijah Craig Barrel Proof B525
ABV: 63.1%
Maturation: Prior to 2023, Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon had a 12-year age statement. Producer Heaven Hill removed that standard in 2023 and implemented more specific age statements, meaning the minimum age of the whiskey could vary depending on the batch. All whiskey in Elijah Craig Barrel Proof B525 is aged for at least 11 years and 6 months, making it the oldest version we’ve seen since 2023.
MSRP: $75
