I'll post a picture later but I recently bought a hard to find bottle of Noah's Mill (at least hard to allocate in NJ). I gotta say for an almost under the radar bourbon this is top shelf bourbon. At 15 years old its also Booker level complex. I've never tasted complexities like these either, tons of chocolate and with a sticky palette. At $50 its also a steal. I'm gonna be trying Rowan's Creek next. Many have said its like the little brother to Noah's Mill. I enjoy it neat (114.7 proof)
