@icehog3 Tom - I told you 2022-02 was amazing. I’m picking a 3rd bottle today!

Was lucky enough to score an EHT small batch and EC 18 year both at msrp.

Brian, you called it. Best neck pour I have had from a Booker's since Country Ham in 2019. Congrats on the EC18, I've only seen that once at MSRP.

Remus Repeal Reserve V for a couple pours on a Saturday. I may or may not have opened my Remus Repeal Reserve II after this, but I did. ;) :LOL:

Revisited Ronnie's Batch (22-01) last night after it had been open 27 days. Slight improvement but still doesn't touch Lumberyard (22-02).

I decided to open my 2022 store pick Pinhook from my local chain last night to see if I wanted to get a backup before they’re all sold out. I was disappointed to find that unlike previous years where they have been single barrel, age stated picks, the 2022 is small batch with no age statement.
It wasn’t bad and I’ll revisit again in a few weeks, but doubt I will get another of this year’s batch.

Good day on the hunt, Weller Full Proof Binny's pick, 2 Elijah Craig Private Barrels Jewel/Osco picks, and the new Hardin's Creek Jacob's Well limited release from Beam. Don't know a lot about it except that its 15 year old Beam juice at 108 proof.....that was good enough to sell me.

The ECPBs were the first I've seen in the wild, the others I have came from trades and a private purchase.

All day herfing yesterday meant a bunch of pours. Got to try Roaming Man small batch rye, really nice rye notes and finish. Throughout the day there was Barrell Seagrass, Knob Creek 9 year 120 proof, Weller SR, Blanton's and more. Left the host with the Weller and KC that I brought.

Enjoyed the EC18 on Friday night with our friends down the road because of a birthday.

Was amazingly smooth and some of the best I’ve had. They gave me a couple bottles of WR from part of the barrel they purchased. Will try it down the road. Not typically a big WR fan.

Good call! Followed it up with a PO our from my infinity bottle, and then standard Maker's.

After killing the last of my 2020 MM Finishing Series, I cracked another 2021 (FAE-02). I definitely prefer the 2021 versions over the 2020.

Finished up with a little Remus Repeal Reserve II.
