BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

How is your grass green already!?
I just planted it last September and literally applied 1 ton of lime, fertilzed 2 weeks ago, and am getting ready to aerate and overseed my acre this weekend
Lime helps? I might have to try that...
Do a soil test, then apply if necessary, but most likely if your soil is acidic which it usually is if u apply fertilizer you may need lime
I'll do another test this year and go from there, spring and fall are the time to lime if necessary, most winter grasses like bluegrass and fescue like a more neutral ph and weeds will be worse if it's acidic
