Ooh Cliff, That makes me consider one of my remaining PAM original release from the 90's. They're the single banded "Anniversario" version, not the dual banded, anniversary version available now. Sceptics, like myself, tend to believe that when Padron switched to their new factory in Estelli a few years back, the PAM blend changed as well.
These originals are some of the best cigars I've ever smoked.

Needs time. Heard ok things about them then heard some good things.

Not unlike an immature SS2. This and the custom BBF have a similar characteristic that they do not have the strong spicyness (pepper in re BBF) that their regular production cousins possess... which is fine by me.

The BBF is ready now ... the punch needs some time before its flavors will come out. When they do I suspect it'll be a more complex smoke.

Today being my 1yr anniversary, i nubbed a 1998 HdM Coronas this morning. Maaaaan it was soooooo good i almost considered chewing on the nub..... well not really but it was that good.
