    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Delicious pork shoulder with Apple, celery, garlic, cider and a sprinkle of smoky mesquite!

10 hrs later beautiful pulled pork with sauce!


That was an after shot served with potato and fennel gratin and a crisp apple, cider vinegar and mint salad to break up the richness.

Fuente Friday and a Cuban last night with a buddy!

First that don Carlos from 2005 @problemsolverjc god damn man that thing was amazing.

Nubbed the living bejeezus out of it.

Later that night the Bolivar tubo from @rashatt and @Tag9485 for the Bolivar you sent that my buddy thoroughly enjoyed.

Tbqh I wasn't really feeling this one, didn't have any of the flavors of the last Bolivar I smoked and was just kinda bleh for me.
