My Father Connecticut - about 6 months on this one. Still don't love them for the first quarter, but they improve dramatically from there

I purchased a box of them 12/2014 and the first quarter will get better (at least to me). I smoked a couple soon after getting them and they were kind of sour for a lack of a better word. I'm not much of a CT smoker as a rule, but these came along very well.....

I dont think I missed 1 herf last year, but I haven't been able to make it yet this year... I will try to make it to beer cellar, but I don't get off work until 5 or 6 and I work in West Chester. 75 south in rush hour isnt so much fun... we will see, maybe I can sneak out early.
