I'm having a good cigar weekend so far.
Of course there was Friday nights PSD4 that will probably prompt a new box purchase. Then a Monte 4 after lunch on Saturday. Last night I had an '01 Coro after dinner on the deck, partnered up with some homeroast Bolivian Organic coffee. It was so good I followed it directly with an '04 BCJ and didn't get into the house until nearly 11:00.
This morning I rediscovered the QdO Corona. I'd kind of forgotten about this '02 box in the bottom of my coolerdor. Kind of loosely rolled giving it a very good draw, mild but still very flavorful. Myriad raised white speckles in the ash prompted me to look closer at the cigar itself. It had quite a bit of sparkling plume which surprised me for such a mild cigar. This IMO is a perfect cigar to go with morning coffee.
I don't know yet what's in store for this evening.

Smoked an unknown aged PL Panatela while cleaning the garage yesterday...gooda.

I had a VERY good Partagas p2. It was from Todd's split he just hosted, so it was still a little damp from shipping since we all know they ship a little wet. A very psd#4-esq taste; spicy all the way with hints of sweetness. Now this was a good smoke but I wouldn't smoke it everyday or everyweek for that matter. Still love the bean flavors more then the spicy smokes.

I finished the weekend with a Custom Rolled Robusto this evening. Quite nice.
