  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I smoked a RASCC while mowing the grass this afternoon. Smoked it down to about .75" and that's rare for me. Luckily the sun was behind the clouds so it wasn't as hot! It did have a metallic taste which I found very weird.

Wonderful smokes Jason. That was the second I have had and they are very very good. I can see why Ken likes 'em so much. Thanks a bunch Ken!

As I remember it there was a definate "Cohiba-ish" taste with maybe some caramel sweetness to it. Can't remember it well enough to describe it and do it justice, but I remember it being awesome. Glad you enjoyed it. That deck's getting a work out, eh?!

Alright, alright...don't make too much fun of me but I just smoked my second RASCC ever on the way in today and it was friggin' good...I think I like 'em. :blushlove

It was an OCT '04 variety and it was so sweet and rich. I think I'm gonna get some more someday.

I had a '98 ERdM PC basically fresh OTT, got 'em Monday. It was actually really good and burned darnn good for being unrecovered from it's trip.

Sure. I have some '01s, '02s' and '03s. Any younger and they have too much kick for me unless golfing with a breeze. I don't have the resources to age my own so I find 'em aged already.

I'm currently in the middle of a February '05 Party SP 2 from the FIM factory.

Beautiful cigar...pretty good smoke too. This February release tasted better in May.

Yeah...right up until...

wait for it....

Had two PLPCs, kind of. First one was like a straw and tasted dry. The second one was better taste wise but was plugged. Too bad...I'll have to reserve judgement until I can get my hands on a few more.
