It was really good, especially the last 2/3. Gellis changed the blend to get more sweetness, but I don't think he achieved that, so I'm gonna let them rest for 6 months or so, and try again.
A pretty traditional blend though imho. Nothing memorable, but really good like I said. Only time will tell.
