New house, or are problems starting to show up on your current one?

Sold our house and bought a bigger one so the in-laws could move in. We have put nearly $30,000 (in two years) in to repairs as stuff breaks down.

It was built in 2000, and three of the last four owners were foreclosed on. So, it wasn't maintained very well and the inspector missed a couple of things.
