BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

My brain felt like mush yesterday because of the screen time. So, back at it this morning.
No walk today because of the rain and the family obligation this morning. However, yesterday and today, I've been doing short workouts of two or three movements for 15+ reps and three sets every hour on the hour. I start around 11am and go until dinner time. So, five to six clusters total.
I added in some vestibular ball tosses while walking. It slowed me way down and blew me up. It has been a couple of weeks since I did that and I definitely regressed.
I got in some kettlebell work a little later, but nothing major. I just want to sleep for a week.

I did continuous kettlebell carries in various positions across multiple surface types with inclines and declines. For some reason today was way tougher than last time. I went faster, but it didn't seem like enough of a change to warrant how hard it was hitting. In the end my heart rate was about 135 and I was panting.
After breakfast walk with no extra weight.
Yesterday I took up the pushup challenge again. I'm still not saying the number because I find it embarrassing. I can still do more than my wife, my kid, and my father-in-law. So, I'll take that as better than nothing.
Twelve minute circuit of different stuff. Do a unilateral move for a muscle group and then add resistance for a bilateral move targeting the same muscle group.
Ex: Hammer Curls with 20bs and then barbell curls with 30lbs. The weight across each arm is lower, so it is like a mechanical drop set. The advantage is that you can focus on two different portions of the muscle group. In theory it should lead to fatigue of the entire muscle and give more balance.
I have errands to handle today. So, I'm hoping to hit the park and try for a 1 mile walk with my 11lb pack.
