I tried something new today. At the end of each set of hack squats I did five calf raises and five shrugs on every set. I thought it would burn me out, but at the end of the workout I was able to go up ten pounds on shoulder press with no pain.. it was like I primed the shoulders even though there was four exercises in between the movements.
It was the first time in a long time pressing didn't hurt. This was a game changer.
