Since you made me feel old today, I'll chime in on remembering a time when anything telephone or mail ordered took 4-6 weeks to arrive. We've gotten spoiled in this internet age. Myself included. If it takes more than three days I'm anxious as hell.

Just an FYI guys...don't hold your breath waiting to hear about these from me.

The email confirmation syas it can take up to three weeks in the fine print. :sadpace:
They may be so small that they make them on order. Or more likely order them on order, from China most likely.

No mugs today...after I sent an inquiry on Thursday they emailed and said they would be here by the end of the week (30th).

Oh well, atleast they haven't charged us yet.

Nope, no shipping notice or even a reply to the last email. I am starting to think I will be hesitant to reccomend these to anyone no matter if they are great or not. :dunno:

Man, talk about crappy service. I still think they got overwhelmed after being on the news but maybe I'm wrong.

Too bad you can't find them in stores.

It might be that a small company like that couldn't handle the pressure of being shown nation wide. Good for business but it probably strangled the pipeline, so to speak.

That is what it seems like based on the emails we have received so far but the last email promised them by last week and we still haven't received an update.

At least they haven't billed us yet.

Well, these mugs finally arrived today. They are crap. Their website states the mugs are "completely sealed and 100% spill proof". Well, in the locked postiion the water just pours out, almost as fast as it does in the open position. :dunno:

Also they don't retain the heat very well compared to my current $7 mug or my wife's crappy mug.

Brugo.......Mine.......Wife's.......Time
183..........183.........183.........Start
158..........175.........166..........15m
148..........169.........153..........30m
138..........163.........143..........45m
128..........158.........133..........60m
124..........153.........125..........75m
114..........147.........120..........90m

They are sharp looking mugs but they are most likely going to be returned. After the run around we got waiting for them it should be intersting to see how difficult it is to return them.

If anyone can host a .mov for me I can upload a video of the spill proof seal. :hysterica

Man you did a review. Sorry to hear they suck balls. Good luck on the return. Wait until your card has the funds back on it, then tell them how you really feel.

Actually, they haven't charged us yet.

It almost seems like something is missing becauseI can't see how someone could think it would be spill proof based on how it is constructed.

Should get the planetary design french press mug, it even comes with a second top to make it a normal travel mug. I love the thing. Made of nice marine grade stainless steel and rubber. I got it cause it would let me make coffee at work but end up loving the design even more when I started using the thing.
