All,
I shipped some cigars via UPS (have done this before, no problem). Full disclosure, I think I omitted the house number on the delivery address. That said, there was never an alert that said there was an issue with the address, etc. UPS says they delivered it to the front door, but I don't know how they could have done that? Of course, the person on the other end now says that they cannot find the shipment/it was not delivered.
Can I even submit a claim on this due to them being cigars? Do I have much option other than chalk it up to bad luck? Curious on what I can do here since I was sending "contraband"?
Thanks in advance guys.
