Wow, looks great. Now that's a wineador. I finally broke down and started a wineador project.

How's this working out for you? Got any pics of her up and running?
It's working amazing. I am away in Germany right now but I can post some pictures when I get back. Or maybe get someone to take some next time they swing by the house.

I saw a couple of these on Minneapolis Craigslist for a couple hundred with "needing work". That to me in a no brainer.

That is beautiful. 3 weeks ago I found a N'Finity 170 bottle on Craigslist. It has 14 wooden slotted slideout shelves, so for now I don't see a need for new shelves or drawers.
It is also a compressor unit, which maintains temp but sucks the Rh out quickly so I don't use the cooling. I have added 10# of silica KL and it is holding steady Rh top to bottom from 63-65. Right where I like it.
Temp on the other hand is 74-75 which concerns me so I am currently freezing all of my cigars for 3-4 days to take care of any beetle eggs. I don't own a deep freeze so I rented a freezer locker at a local meat shop for 1 month at a cost of $6.50, put all my cigars in gallon zip freezer bags, shrink wrapped the bundle, put in a 30 gallon trash bag and taped it up so everything is secure and it slid perfectly into the locker. I think since it bundled I will give it 5 days before I go pick it up and begin reacclimating to put back in the wineador. Everything I get will then get the freezer treatment at home before going into the wineador. Then I won't have to worry about temp and beetles.

I do need to add some fans for air circulation. I had 2 Oust fans in there to move some air intermittently, but for the volume of the interior, I think I need more. But as with any new toy, I have been opening it daily to either grab a cigar or just snoop around.

Looks sharp. I really like the look of the stained pine and the handles you chose. The write up is great and appreciated. I hope to do a similar project in the future and I'll be referring to your post.
