I think I know who you are talking about. A few bad apples will spoil the whole barrel. I will send the list via the secure government com-link. We must implant them with RFID tags when they are nodding off at the next herf (After two double coronas and 7 cocktails, it should be easy enough). That way we know exactly where they are every minute of every day. WE (Big Brother) will keep them under constant surveilance to avoid any further contact!!
