wet before you cut

I always give a little suck before cutting. I figure it won't hurt and may help from the wrapper splitting any

I usually punch first, and if the draw is a little tight, I cut, so guess the cap is a little moist at that point. Don't cut the entire cap, though, so not sure if this would make a difference with possible wrapper failure.
