Right now I have one of my http://pandora.com/ stations up.

If anyone hasn't tried it yet, this site is way cool. You enter an artist or song you like, then it plays it or something similar to it. You can give a track a thumbs up or thumbs down and it learns what you like. It does audio fingerprinting so for example when I put in some instrumental songs it picked up on that and played some more instrumentals.

Thats a great site josh

I have been using yahoo at work, and it is basically a custom station which you continually rate/change.
