  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

The guy really was one of a kind. The stuff you can see on You tube doesn't do him justice at all.
I was fortunate enough to see him many times because he lived in Southern Maryland and played this region.
Went to a concert at Warner Theater in D.C. many moons ago that featured Johnny Winter with Roy Buchanan opening. No mention of a third band.
The curtain rose and Danny Gatton was there to start the show. What a night!

Tower of Power - a CD of favorites from 1972's "Bump City" to the 1991 release "Monster on a Leash."
"You're Still a Young Man" will always be an all-time favorite.
