The opening track off of one of my life-changing albums. I remember listening to this in my room when my first girlfriend broke up with me, while getting dressed up to go out, young and reckless and badass. While staying up until 4am playing Tony Hawk and still having the energy to wake up at 7am for class because we were all immortal back then, after all. Good times and good tunes.

I’ve never seen the Grateful Dead with Jerry, and man, I wish I had known in the 90’s what I know now.
There’s no doubt I would have followed them like I have followed Phish all these years.
There’s just something about all of what the Grateful Dead have done musically and in a sociological aspect.
You may laugh, but I feel like Jerry is the uncle I never met and never knew I needed.
