Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Yes Montana was in the right system with some great players, weak arm but in the west coast offense you do not need a strong arm. He was accurate and smart, but if not for Bill Walsh, Joe wouldn't have been as great as he was.Again all three are better runners and passers than Tim, and two were better athletes.
And are you saying Montana was not great, he was just in the right system?
