To me they are a very mild tasting fish for a fresh water fish. Maybe a little stronger them Walleye but not even close to Salmon or Lake Trout. We just love Sunfish or Crappies made into fish tacos. This is the recipe for the Baha sauce and at 2 teaspoons it will have some kick:
Baha Sauce for Fish Tacos
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Mexican seasoning*
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Combine all ingredients; stir well.
*We tested with Via Nueva Pico de Gallo seasoning.
Baha Sauce for Fish Tacos

Yeah mate, because they are made of the same stuff as the inside of your oven they are super scratch resistant! Used a razor scraper and followed this guide, great way to restore them to their former glory.
Would recommend doing it at least when you buy a second hander... who knows what other people's filth is!!

The Webber Kettle is probably the most used smoker in the world. Webber makes good stuff, for sure.
