Like sipping Brandy by a campfire.

When I worked construction there was this older guy that made Brandy from apricots, plums, and raisins. He would let it sit in this big five gallon cask for several months and serve it at his Christmas party. He would then refill it and let it sit until the next year.

That is what I think of during the first third of the bowl.
