Padron x000 serie
Liga stuff except Papas Fritas but I am guessing they dont have a consistent flavor because they are made from trimmings. Don't get me wrong I love Papas but one will have a completely different flavor/strength profile from the next (always good though)
There is a video with saka explaining how the cuttings are sorted so the fritas should be consistent.

THE most consistent? Perdomo 10th Anniversare', hands down. Of the ones I smoke the most of it has to be anything by AJ Fernandez. I think I've only had one that didn't taste right out of four or five total bundles this year.

I don't spend big money on cigars like Padron or Anejo so I can't speak to those but I would expect them to be near-perfect every time.

At least 50% of the brothers must feel this way.

Ive heard this from endless people; I like them but the maduros have always trumped the regular line IMO

I know that the san andres wrapper has brought dryness in the 2008, 09, and 10. but the 11 and 12 where amazing smokes
