My turkey in the fryer was very well received. So much so they decided to just do two fried instead of one fried and one roasted. It took me 30 min to cook a 12lb turkey. It took like 5-6 hours for them to do the 20lb roasted bird. I can do two to three turkeys in less than half the time of their one turkey.
