Xikar warranty is wonderful

I sent two lighters back to Xikar last week, a Trezo and a Tech lighter. Both had burn issues after heavy use and the paint was chipping from the Trezo. Today I received two brand new replacements...in less than a week. I truly expected them to repair the lighters, if possible, not send brand new ones. These lighters had HEAVY use. What a great company :)

They are awesome for sure. I asked if I could Fedex in a lighter instead of USPS, and they accomdated. Then they sent back a new one with a nice little leather sleeve for my Xi2.

Never had any issues concerning warranty returns, love a company that stands behind their products.
Yeah, if only their products were better quality. I've had to replace my lighter 4 times in the last year. That's ridiculous for a $50 lighter.
