Todd Bannard. He's a Canadian pipemaker- my 3rd from him. He been making pipes a long while and focuses on superb engineering and Briar. He focuses less on look/appearance but this one is an exception with it's straight grain. His pipes are among a handful I would grab if the house was on fire.
