my wife still gives me shit about last years "menu" lol....
8lbs of brisket, 1 lb venison, 3lbs bratwurst, 1lb bacon, and I think we had some burgers in there too.....
1lb Haitian Pikliz (gotta have hot/spicy stuff)...
a jar of "shine".. a couple of single malts... a case of craft beer....
and thats it
meat, heat, and hooch...
she has committed to helping build a more balanced menu this year lol....

Dont tempt me... I just took a Sushi Rolling class a few weeks ago... and we've got a Sushi fundraiser planned just a couple of weeks before the HERF that we're doing through the non-profit...
