Terrific store! I have had nothing but great experiences as a customer there. One cigar arrived badly damaged last summer, and Andrew went above and beyond the call to make it right.
Really appreciate that level of customer service.

Ok. I love the vendor but today just pisses me off. Tried to order some impromptu cigars and I had everything in my cart. Go to check out and because one item is out of stock when I checked out, I have to remove the one item and reenter my card info. By the time I do that another item is gone. At least.allow me to purchase what was in stock when I checked out the first time or allow the stuff I added to my cart to be considered claimed until I finish my order. Man. I'm super fucking annoyed right now. I had it then it was gone...

I realize it's a chase for an LE and all but come on... $#@!!&@!#$

I agree. Once it's added to cart it should be claimed pending payment within a few minutes or so. I added to card and then by the time I logged in it was gone...

Don't friggin allow someone to undercut me when I had it... Seriously. I need to go do something else right now. I want to punch somebody.

I am truly sorry people had this experience. Moving forward will probably not do announcement for products as this has happened both times we have done pre release info. We would love to have a more advance system and something in time we can invest in. At this time though the system we use does not allow us to do cart holds along with many other things that would be useful. I hope in time we can provide a better shopping experience and again am truly sorry to put a damper on your day. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Same here Eddie. I had them too. Then not so much. Fuck it. I need to go smoke a regular release right now...

I'd add that the above complaints about the Impromtu cigars are the first and only negative anything I've heard about Small Batch. So, maybe we can show a little brotherly love and cut the filthy crack dealers some slack?

Or maybe prerelease emails to customers? I dunno, it seems like social media would be a great place for the guys that are looking to flip these for double on another site.
I must say Robert is the man who pushed the social side and created some of the mad rush. He posted on his facebook & instagram that we would have them. The only way to ensure that it was in my mind fair after the bombardment of emails due to his social posts was to send a email out to every customer who had a account. So letting people know in advance created a mad rush but it my mind was the only fair way after the mad rush of emails from Roberts posts on Tuesday.
