I made meatloaf (for me) and some lemon pepper chicken for Mrs. Smokey. We also had fried zucchini and bacon ranch pasta salad.

BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

started the corn naked to get a char
then in foil (with may, yogurt, lime, cilantro, chilli powder) to make room for pork chops rubbed with Island Voodoo from Burgo BBQ (dot com, Vincent loves a good cigar)
served with Pam's rich and creamy scalloped potatoes and a salad with homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Round the world in 80 meals round 4!
Tonight we travelled to Vietnam!
For entree we tucked into some homemade Vietnamese Chicken Dumplings with home made dipping sauce! Bankok Mule to wash it down (Spent 3 days infusing Vodka with lime peel for these bad boys).
Main meal was a Lemon Grass Beef Vermicelli Salad with a spicy sauce.
And for dessert Vietnamese Apple Roses!

I fried up a bunch of crappie filets, fried potatoes and onions topped with cream gravy, fried zuccini and sliced homegrown tomatoes. Oh, and cornbread. May not have been the healthiest, but it tasted freakin awesome.
