Theme night again!

Round the world in 80 meals round 4!

Tonight we travelled to Vietnam!

For entree we tucked into some homemade Vietnamese Chicken Dumplings with home made dipping sauce! Bankok Mule to wash it down (Spent 3 days infusing Vodka with lime peel for these bad boys).


Main meal was a Lemon Grass Beef Vermicelli Salad with a spicy sauce.


And for dessert Vietnamese Apple Roses!


Some good points on the board this evening!

pork chop rubbed with Island Voodoo, kidney bean salad, grilled zucchini and yellow squash, avocado
Looks great. I really like the Island Voodoo rub. I am looking forward to see what he comes up with as he has grown a bunch of peppers to dry and grind to create some new rubs. Plus he is a cigar guy!

What do you do with leftover bbq?

Last night. Baked potato with bbq sauce, pulled pork, queso blanco, sour cream, cheese, and jalapenos.

Tonight. Brisket nachos with pretty much the same ingredients except Cholula instead of bbq sauce.
