started the corn naked to get a char

then in foil (with may, yogurt, lime, cilantro, chilli powder) to make room for pork chops rubbed with Island Voodoo from Burgo BBQ (dot com, Vincent loves a good cigar)

served with Pam's rich and creamy scalloped potatoes and a salad with homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Theme night again!

Round the world in 80 meals round 4!

Tonight we travelled to Vietnam!

For entree we tucked into some homemade Vietnamese Chicken Dumplings with home made dipping sauce! Bankok Mule to wash it down (Spent 3 days infusing Vodka with lime peel for these bad boys).


Main meal was a Lemon Grass Beef Vermicelli Salad with a spicy sauce.


And for dessert Vietnamese Apple Roses!
