Rolled/ molded up about 75 last week. Some are part of a 40 stick test blend. 10x different sticks with 1 additional Ligero variance with 4 different wrappers. The rest from the week were a blend called R.O’B.

Separate posts, since I don’t have tapawakatalka, vip, super special membership:

75 rolled/molded:

Is the plastic from a 3D printer strong enough for a cigar mold?
It can be for sure. I’ve made some that are solid enough to put a clamp on and they didn’t break. 1 key item though, is patience. The bigger the object the longer the print. The 1 stick Robusto size mold took about 7ish hours to print.

A test quickie.
Looking for a stashable blend for Sept.
Coronas are such a snap to roll.

2 Ecuadorian viso, 2 criollo viso, a dark mystery binder, and a criollo 98 wrapper.
My batch of these wrappers are too small to encompass anything beyond a corona

Eager to try this
I always despised that wrapper and couldn't get a good stick out of it. I wish you just the opposite results!

Incidentally I just smoked something I rolled 6 months ago and forgot about (I'd smoked it at a month and it sucked) and it was very good if mild. I thought of you. It was LO Olor seco and LO Honduras seco wrapped and bound in my "home" wrapper and binder. I really enjoyed it. Nubbed it, even.

Smoked my #42 cigar rolled from January. It’s nice to see the improvements with practice. This baby turned out kinda eh. Then pockets of goodness. Then last 1/3 was pretty solid. I go back to check blend notes and filler was “scrap” filler! LMAO! Enjoy em while you can!

Today's test quickies ROTT:

164604

2 T-13 viso
1 Esteli viso (found a smidgeon of these ... thot I was out)
1 criollo viso
(guess I'm turning into a viso perv)
bound in dark mystery
wrapped in criollo

this wrapper tightens up smooth after a couple days
but the gars are drying out super tight ... may have to skimp half a leaf so they will draw

Zeroing in on the next stashable blend.
