  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Ended up having to do a biopsy where they cut large chunks of the lesion off from inside my cheek and put in a bunch of sutures to seal it up. Been having a lot of pain in my right cheek for more than a few months. Find out in 2 weeks what it is....

Just found out I'm going to be a Grandpa for the first time!

My Son's girlfriend was with him at our house for Mother's Day and sick (throwing up) while she was here. I told my wife "I bet she's pregnant". Then on Friday, I went out with them for dinner and noticed that she was not drinking alcohol and avoided the tuna tartare (raw fish). I did not say anything about it in the moment since we were with others and did not want to put her on the spot but I told my wife afterwards that now it was almost certain. We then decided to invite them over for pizza tonight and I asked them straight up. Sure enough, she's 9 weeks along and expecting around the first of the year. They have not told anyone yet and were going to wait until after her next doctor's appointment next week to inform the families.

We're pleased as punch and really looking forward to being grandparents!!

Congratulations man! My fiancé and I just found out that she is pregnant with our first and she’s right around the same 9-10 week mark. It’s an exciting time for sure!

81 degrees and 88% humidity

It will be in the lower 90s Friday but at least the humidity will come down to the mid 60s

All fine and true when I was younger but now that I'm an old .......it's just so much more uncomfortable. I stay sticky.
