Oh Dear Lord!
I made one last night with chorizo and plain pork sausage. Cut a french loaf into 1/2 inch slices and spread pineapple chutney on the bread. Served the pinwheel hot and bread cold.
It must have been a hit because I was asked to make 2 more for tonight!
