  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

It will have been on for about 16 hours when it is done.
Lookin good! What are you cooking it on?

I have gotten lazy, all my briskets and pulled pork are done hot 'n' fast at 300*-350* anymore, takes 4-6 hrs...can't tell a bit of difference.

it is on a cheap Brinkman smoker. Been cooking at 225 since 2 this morning and just checked on it and smells wonderful!!!!
