BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Yes, all grain. I settled on an Oberon clone (in the process of harvesting yeast from the bottles now) and I'm also going to do a pale ale that Jamil from Brewing Network came up with. I like that Bell's and might keep that in mind for next time. -

Humidity in my Vinotemp 28
My Vinotemp 28 nailed 65% on two different hygro's within a day. Did you check the seals on the door itself? Try slipping a dollar bill in between the seal and the door. If you can get it in anywhere, you may be leaking. -

Ding, ding, ding. You will not get thrown in jail for owing money. If you get sued over debt and choose to ignore the court dates, that's a whole different monster.- mthhurley

I've had the corona larga and the robusto very shortly after the release. They were very wet and uninspiring to me. I'm hopeful wet was just due to being fresh and I'll have the same great experience as some others are having. But so far, I'm not reaching for them. -

Agree with Travelin man...just grab a prepaid phone there. The hassles I went through to temporarily enable my phone in Italy was a nightmare and expensive. prepaid phones in Europe are like candy...they're everywhere.- mthhurley

Vinotemp - A Little Help Please
KPP, The one I picked up was 5 months old, perfect condition and it was $100. All that I did to mine was wipe it down with water, let it dry for a day and then threw in a pound of beads and plugged it in. A day or so later, when I say the humidity stabilize, I put my boxes in.
