• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

OK Everybody...Post what you got from Santa

I got a puch of poker chips, a tie, tools and of course a bag of batteries and a small screwdriver. Before Wade and his dirty post pops up...it's for the 200k small battery operated gifts that seem to make their way under the tree every year.

    Christmas Eve BBQ'ed Turkey

HA! I had to stand over the bird with a carving knife to make sure I made it home with some of it! It was the first time I cooked a turkey and was glad it turned out ok. Everybody ate 2 or 3 servings so I thought I did a good job.:eyebrow:

    Christmas Eve BBQ'ed Turkey

Cooked it for 5 hours until all the meat hit 160 and I'm letting hit 170 in the oven. It's really windy now and I don't think I'll get it to hit the right temp unless I finish it in the oven.

    Would you smoke it?

Although I am biased and say that botl.org is more of a refined class of guys, we are spread out over various boards. The cross section you'll find here is pretty typical of the rest of the online community. If you found a board that would actually have the majority say Yes, that's one board...

    Would you smoke it?

There's a weird subject. PPP's are all about puffing & passing, but a discarded cigar is different...leave it. Ask anyone who works for a B&M if they pick up someone else's waste and smoke it.
