• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Your Man Cave - pics?

Plenty of space! I think it's cool having a place to hang...I put the table down there for poker and really the only thing missing is the man-stove (aka microwave).

    Your Man Cave - pics?

Nope ;) The Mrs. said I could have the basement when we moved into the house. Plenty of space upstairs for her & the kids to roam.

    Your Man Cave - pics?

Here's pix of the Cheeze Lounge. There is a small room off the the left of the TV that has the hutch with all the smokes. Been thinking of converting it into a traditional walk-in, it's 6' x 9' and it's perfect for cigars.

    La Lunas at Cigar King

I don't know anything about La Luna's history or Gael, the only thing I read was the CW interview...maybe I mistook his meaning. http://www.lalunacigars.com/cwinterview.htm

    La Lunas at Cigar King

I always thought that he fell head over heals in love with Marta and slowly withdrew from the cigar world.

    Is it just me?

I like cigars for the basic fact that if all the kids are in my basement, I can light up a cigar and they clear out faster than if I just dropped a big ass fart. Having the time to smoke a cigar in peace will help develop your palate and you'll eventually pick up the subtle notes as you go.

    I'm so hungry...

Yogurt, smoothies, ice cream. All things that a good Mod deserves! Have you tried using a throat spray like Chloroseptic to kinda numb the throat and try to eat something a little more filling? If that doesn't help...Taco Bell has a butt load of refried beans & cheese!

    Beads-Problem with humidity level

The beads are like a sponge. Dry they shrink and wet they grow. If you put too much water, they will not absorb extra moisture out of the air. Also when too wet, ALL the beads will release moisture instead of keeping it at a normal humidity.

    Hello from Hong Kong

I've heard that quite a bit, to the point where it's more habanos exclusive. Welcome to BoTL Rockcigar!

    Beads-Problem with humidity level

I got the mental picture of someone running back & forth checking the humidity like a hamster in a wheel.
