• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Converting a closet into a humidor (Completed)

Rich was picking on him as some of us have been lucky enough to see inside Vegas's Third (reports are still inconclusive maybe second) best stocked humi in Vegas. This includes Casa Fuente. Posted via Mobile Device

    Partagas- Series P #2 vs Series D #4

For some reason I find the P2's seam to be more watered down in flavour the the D4's. Not that they are bad I just always reach for D4 first. Posted via Mobile Device

    smell of another cigar?

There were no dog rockets involved. I was smoking an 03 898 and the distracting cigar was a Cuaba Salamones. Not that I think the specific cigars have a lot of influence in the experience Posted via Mobile Device

    smell of another cigar?

Don't know if this happens to other people as well so I figured I would throw it out there. A couple of weeks back I was enjoying a few cigars and drinks at a jazz bar. I was smoking w great well aged cigar but could not pay any attention to it as the aroma of my buddies cigar was giving off...

    Montecristo #2 Wrapper Color

I think that the colour of the wrapper is a personal preferance. I have guys coming into the shop looking for the darkest wrappers and others looking for the lightest.

    Montecristo No 4 purchase

Plush is Right. These cigars were originally sold to another market then Canada. Casa Cubana the distributor of these cigars in Canada is not a primary market distributor. The bar code has been cut off so that habanos can not track this box back to it's original market. I believe that the best...

    Worlds most expensive cigars

Most of those prices are pretty cheap for Canada. Still don't think any one here would pay $34 for a NC Monte though. Posted via Mobile Device

My newest dilemma-Hot Water Tank vs. Intant Hot?

I love my takless system. A few things to look at when putting one in are also look at putting in a RO system as it will help with descaling in the future and they do seem to take a little longer to get the hot water to the tap. Next make sure you do not cheap out on it as some ae only...

Where do you purchase most of your cigars?

For some reason I have an issue with buying from the big online guys so I buy from B&M's. Whether or not I am in the store or not I just feel more comfortable buuying off of someone who knows my name.

    Hello from Toronto

Glad to see another Canadian around here. Nicer weather in Toronto then here. I know a lot of shop owners in TO so I know that you are well taken care of even if paying our high prices

Don't mind at all if they enjoy it. Only bothers me when they think Habanos are no good because all they have ever tried were fakes. Feel a little sorry for him getting ripped off but hey if he enjoyed the cigar that is enough for me. Posted via Mobile Device

I agree not so savvy which also tends to lead away from ultra rare stick and back to fake. If he was savvy enough to land either cigar I would guess he would know which was which. Posted via Mobile Device

My guess is if it was a sublimes extra you would be way more proud of that then a behike. They are 10 times more rare and at least twice as expensive. Posted via Mobile Device

    Bombing-When and Why?

For me I have slowed down as I don't like being in the middle of it all. I like to send stuff when the moment strikes but really hate being bombed. As so I tend deal with people I know and understand (sometinmes they forget) that they are not supposed to send back. Posted via Mobile Device
