  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    How much of a particular leaf do you stock

    So far the most I've ordered of one leaf is 2 lbs. For example, after the first pound of Mata Fina, I ordered two pounds when restocking. I also ordered 2 lbs of Dominican binder but then that never shipped, somehow it became "out of stock", guess someone beat me to it.

    LO actually reached out via email to make sure everything worked out to my satisfaction today. They sent a copy of the return crediting my credit card too. I do think they are trying to keep me happy as a customer.

    Well I just got off the phone with LO. They are refunding me the cost of the 2 lbs of leaf that wasn't shipped and an additional 24 cents since shipping charges included the 2lbs on the original order. Seems they are trying to make it right but were bothered by my call...Anyway, bottom line...

    Does anyone have a customer service number for Leaf Only? After charging me for my full order, the tracking invoice is short a couple pounds of leaf(which is now out of stock on their website) and the posted invoice now matches the shipped invoice. My credit card has not been creditted the...

    I agree with @webmost post above but will join @BrewinHooligan in recommending the Nicaraguan Habano seco, @Marc L in recommending Mata Fina, and add Piloto Cubano seco. Oh, and Dominican ligero.
