BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

You can always give the boxes a quick go over with a piece of sand paper then hit it with a blow dryer to get rid of any dust. Should make the cedar nice and aromatic again. -

Tired of being out of shape
I agree with the majority of this but I have to go the other way on a few things. I think the app is a 100% must if your serious about losing weight or getting in shape. With the help of that app and some discipline I was losing an average of 10 lbs a month. Before that I had honestly never...- HIM*
